AUDITOR ✍️📃
You are responsible for reviewing the board’s administration and account for the associations operational and fiscal year by producing an audit report to be presented at the Annual Meeting.
MEMBER OF THE ELECTION COMMITTEE 🗳🙋
The members of the election committee are responsible of the election of the EASA Lund board. The main job of the committee is to summon, interview and nominate candidates to all board positions in EASA Lund before the Annual Election Meeting.
MEMBER OF THE EVENT COMMITTEE 🥳🔥
Are your interested in organizing socio-cultural events at EASA? As a member of the event committee, you are working closely with the Head of Events and actively participating in planning, organizing, and holding fun and exciting Asian social and cultural events. The purpose of the event committee is increase interest and understanding in East and Southeast Asian culture, in accordance with the overall goal of the association. Some example of events are; Kpop dance workshop, lunar new year, mahjong night, and movie nights.
MEMBER OF THE LECTURE COMMITTEE 🧑🏫
Are your interested in promoting and sharing academic knowledge about East and South-East Asia? As a member of the lecture committee, you work closely with the Head of Lectures to plan, execute, coordinate and moderate lectures, webinars, panel discussions etc, both digitally and on campus.
MEMBER OF THE COMMUNICATION COMMITTEE 🤳 🎨
Are your interested in Content Creation? As a member of the communication committee, you actively participate in managing EASA on social media platforms, marketing lectures and events, creating content for marketing, involving in graphic design, and copywriting. Make EASA more visible to a bigger scale of audience and increase the engagement of the audience with EASA’s activities by running various project on different social media channels.
TRAVEL COORDINATOR ✈️
Are you interested in organizing travels with the association? Plan the timetable of the trips with the support from our Head of External Relations. Some tasks include booking tickets and accommodations, coordinating transportation throughout the trip, and manage itinerary with scheduled study visits and/or tours. But most important thing: Keeping the group happy while learning (and making sure that you are happy too!).
PHOTOGRAPHER 📸
As the photographer of EASA, you are responsible for taking professional pictures of the board members and EASA activities.
TRUSTED POSITIONS
As a reward for greater incentives and for being an active member who took on more responsibilities and aided the association significantly, you can be elected for a trusted position which include access to board meetings and parts of the association's Google Drive! The individuals in Trusted Positions can be given titles as fit to their tasks and the opinion of the Committee Head, something that will be valuable to your resume!
